Nichole Devolites was born and raised in the Northern Virginia area.  She is an alumnus of George Mason University, where she graduated with a degree in Communication and a Minor in Telecommunication.

Since 1999, her career in IT marketing and innovation has been on the fast track to incredible success, allowing her opportunities to expand into new entrepreneurial ventures, such as starting her company Conversa Group in 2010, maintaining advisory/leadership positions at several other startups in and around the D.C. area; as well as working to become a published author in the innovation space.  Her efforts haven’t gone unrecognized, as she was named one of 250 “Young Leaders Changing D.C.”, from 2010-2012, and has had numerous speaking opportunities across the D.C. area.

However, Nichole’s passions don’t stop at her thirst for continuing to evolve in a professional capacity.  They also fall heavily into writing – her first love.  In 2010, Nichole started Reinvention of Me: What Comes Next as an outlet to get her creative writing out there for the public to enjoy, in the hopes of writing her fictional novel series in the future.  She had no idea this would launch her into the public eye, in the way of media interviews and a global following.  It evolved from short stories to a series of topics that are near and dear to her heart, including fashion, living a healthy lifestyle, her travels and personal topics that provide a perspective on life in D.C. (amongst others).

It is through this blog, as well as her social lifestyle, that has allowed Nichole to use her name for the good of others.  She can be found writing the weekly online global fashion column for Washington Life Magazine, contributing her resources to several charities, as well as mentoring those that seek to establish their own companies.
